the location was very central. all of the staff were excellent and helpful. the reception area looked cute upon arrival. the hotel ensured cleanliness throughout.

my room was quite warm, and opening the window let in too much noise.

the location was amazing, placing me right in the vibrant center. checking in was easy, and i quickly settled into my room. the staff addressed the minor issue with the bathroom sink promptly and efficiently. i really appreciated the swift response!!!

the absence of a proper wardrobe in the room was a slight inconvenience, leaving limited space for clothing storage. i needed to be more organized!!!
